From browsing to collecting
No account needed until you want to order.
Find a vendor
Search across every vendor on the marketplace, or browse the ones near you. You do not need an account to look — only to order.
Fill one basket
Add items from as many vendors as you like. Noques keeps them in a single basket rather than making you check out once per shop.
Pay once, by card
Checkout goes through Yoco. You pay the whole basket in one transaction, and Noques splits it into a separate order for each vendor behind the scenes.
Each vendor gets their part
A vendor sees only their own items, accepts the order, and prepares it. You can follow each vendor's part separately, so one slow shop does not hide the rest.
Collect without queueing
Your order is made up and waiting. You arrive, you collect, you leave — which is the whole point of the name.
Earn something back
Orders over R20 earn 1% back as cashback, which you can put towards up to half of a later order from any vendor.
If something goes wrong
An order can be cancelled while a vendor has not yet started on it, and on a multi-vendor order you can cancel one vendor's part without losing the rest. A refund can never be for more than you actually paid — that ceiling is enforced when the refund is processed, not left to a person to remember.
