Apply as an NPO when you sign up. Once your registration is verified, this rate is set at approval.
Featured

per sale
Vendors who want placement over margin
Apply to be Featured when you sign up, or ask later. An admin approves it, and it can be changed again.
Your rate is shown on your dashboard and against every order, so the figure you are charged is never something you have to work out from this page.

The one floor worth knowing about
An order has to come to at least R2 for the payment to go through — that is the smallest amount the payment provider will process, not a Noques charge. Priced below it, items are still worth listing; a customer simply needs more than one in the basket.

Is there really no monthly fee?
There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no listing fee. Noques earns a commission when you sell, which means the platform only makes money when you do.
When is the commission taken?
At the point of sale. The commission is deducted from the order before your share reaches your wallet, so the figure you see in your balance is already yours. Every deduction is itemised against the order it came from.
What happens to the commission if an order is refunded?
A refund reverses the sale, and a refund can never be for more than the customer actually paid. Your statement shows the original sale and the reversal against each other.
Can my commission rate change?
Yes. Registered non-profits can apply for the 2.95% rate, which covers only the payment gateway's costs, and vendors can apply to be Featured at 15% for boosted placement. Your current rate is always visible on your dashboard.
