A stall on Noques is a market booking made the way an order is: you apply from the app, you pay by card, the organiser approves you, and your storefront is listed among the traders on that market's page. No group chat, no proof of payment screenshot.

A market brings people past your table who were never going to find your storefront by searching. You are paying for a stall, not for reach, and the people are already there.
One account for the stall and the store
The products you list are the products you sell at the market, and the same dashboard carries both. You are not keeping a market stock sheet separately from an online one.
You know before you pack the car
You apply, you pay, and the organiser accepts or declines in the app. No group chat, no unanswered message on the Thursday, no arriving to find the space gone.

Find a market
Browse the markets taking applications. Each one shows where it is, when it runs, what a stall costs and how many stalls are left.
Apply with what you sell
Your stall name, a description of what you will be bringing, and the categories you trade in. The organiser sees it alongside your existing storefront, so they are judging real products rather than a sentence.
Pay the stall fee by card
At the moment you apply, in the app. The amount comes from the market's own fee, and the payment is verified against that figure when it settles.
The organiser accepts or declines
Paying does not book the space — a paid application still goes to the organiser for review, and a decline can carry a reason.
Your stall appears on the market page
Approved, you are listed among the traders at that market, with a link through to your storefront so somebody can see what you sell before they arrive.
What stops the usual disappointments
- A full market tells you it is full. Applications are counted against the market's stall count and refused once it is reached, so you cannot pay for a space that has already gone.
- You cannot apply twice by accident. A second live application to the same market is refused rather than charged.
- The fee is the market's, not whatever is on your screen. What you are charged is read from the market's own fee when the payment is created, and checked against that figure again when it settles.
Two things to know before you pay
- Paying does not book the stall. Your application still goes to the organiser to accept or decline. Pay when you apply, but do not pack the car until you are approved.
- A declined application is refunded by arrangement. There is no automatic refund path for a stall fee yet, so it is settled through us rather than landing back on your card on its own. Contact us and we will sort it out.
The stall fee is set by the market, not by Noques, and it is shown before you apply. It is separate from the commission on a sale — see the commission rates.

What is a market on Noques?
A real, physical market — a craft market, a food market, a night market — with a page of its own on Noques. It shows when the market runs, where it is, which traders have a stall there, and whether you need a ticket to get in. The market is run by its own organiser; Noques lists it and handles the applications and the gate.
Do I need a ticket to get in?
It depends on the market. Some charge for entry and some are free, and the market's page says which before you travel. A free market may still issue you a ticket so the organiser can count who came — it just costs nothing.
How does a ticket work?
You get it in the app and it lives on your phone as a QR code. Somebody at the gate scans it and you go in. How long it is valid for comes from the market's own schedule: a market that runs on set dates gives you a ticket for that event, and one that is open regularly gives you a pass for the day you bought it.
Can I pay at the gate instead?
Not through Noques. A ticket is bought in the app, by card, before you arrive. Whether the market also takes cash at the door is between you and the organiser — Noques does not handle it and cannot promise it.
Can I get a refund on a ticket?
Not in the app. There is no self-service ticket refund, so if you cannot make it, contact us and we will take it up with the organiser. Worth knowing before you buy rather than after.
Can I buy tickets for other people?
Not yet. It is one ticket per person per market, bought on their own account, and a ticket cannot be transferred. Everybody coming with you needs their own.
Can I use my cashback balance on a ticket?
No. Cashback is redeemable against an order from a vendor, not against a market entry ticket. A ticket is paid for by card, or it is free.
How do I get a stall at a market?
Apply through the app. You send your stall name, what you will be selling and the categories you trade in, and you pay the stall fee by card when you apply. The organiser then accepts or declines. Once a market has filled its stalls it stops taking applications, so a full market tells you it is full instead of taking your money.
What does a stall cost?
Whatever the market charges — the fee is set per market by its organiser and you see it before you apply. Noques does not set it and does not add anything on top of it.
What happens if my stall application is declined?
The organiser can attach a reason, and you will see it. On the money: there is no automatic refund for a stall fee yet, so a declined application is refunded by arrangement through us rather than landing back on your card on its own.
