2. The vendor you buy from
When you buy on Noques, the seller is the vendor, not Noques. Each vendor’s name, contact details and trading address are shown on their storefront and on your order, and vendors undertake in the vendor agreement to keep them accurate. If you need a vendor’s registered details for a claim, ask us and we will provide them.
3. Our legal documents
Every document that governs using Noques, in one place. Each one shows the date it last changed.
4. Payment security
Card payments are taken by Yoco on its own secure payment page. Card details never pass through Noques and are never stored by it. How personal information is protected is in the privacy policy.
