A market on Noques is your real, physical market with a page of its own: your dates and address, the stalls trading with you, an application queue that vendors pay into, and an entry ticket your visitors hold on their phone. Noques sets it up and runs the plumbing. The market stays yours.

A market that lives in a Facebook event, an Instagram story and a WhatsApp group is three things a shopper has to already follow. On Noques your dates, your address and the stalls trading with you sit on one page that somebody can find by searching for markets near them.
Entry handled, free or paid
Set an entry fee or leave it free and still issue tickets. A visitor holds a QR code on their phone and your gatekeeper scans it at the gate — no printed list, no cash box at the entrance if you do not want one.

You tell us about the market
Its name, where it is, when it runs and roughly how many stalls. The form below is the whole of it — five minutes, and no account is created.
We set it up
Noques builds the listing: your schedule, your location on the map, your stall count, your stall fee and your entry ticket if you charge for one. You check it before it goes live.
Vendors apply and you approve them
A trader applies with their stall name, what they sell and their categories, and pays the stall fee by card. The application reaches you to accept or decline, with their storefront attached so you can see what they actually sell.
Your market page goes live
Your dates, your address, your approved stalls and a link through to each trader's storefront. Shoppers browsing markets near them find it.
People arrive and you scan them in
Ticket holders show a QR code, your gatekeeper scans it on their own phone, and the same ticket cannot be used twice.

What Noques does not do yet
Worth knowing before you enquire rather than after your first market.
- You do not get a dashboard. There is no organiser login. Noques sets your market up and changes it for you — the name, description, stall fee and whether it is open are quick; the schedule, location and gate settings need us and a working day.
- Entry capacity is not enforced. A maximum can be recorded and shown, but nothing counts tickets against it. Stall capacity is enforced; entry capacity is on you.
- Gatekeepers are not paid through Noques. What you have agreed to pay them can be recorded against the market, but the money is between you and them.
- There is no organiser report. Tickets, scans and stall fees are all recorded, but there is no screen that shows them to you — we send you what you need by arrangement. This is the next thing being built for organisers.

How do I get my market onto Noques?
You tell us about it and we set it up for you. There is no organiser signup and no dashboard to configure — you send the market's name, where it is, when it runs and roughly how many stalls, and Noques builds the listing. That is deliberate while the marketplace is small: it means your market is set up correctly the first time rather than left half-configured.
What does it cost to list a market?
Nothing to list. The stall fee you charge vendors stays yours; Noques takes 10% of it for running the listing, the vendor application queue and the entry tickets. If no vendor books a stall, you pay nothing.
Who decides what a stall costs?
You do. The stall fee is set per market and a vendor sees it before they apply, so nobody applies without knowing what they will pay. Noques does not set it and does not add to it.
How do vendors apply for a stall?
Through the app. A vendor sends their stall name, what they sell and the categories they trade in, pays the stall fee by card, and the application reaches you for approval. Applications stop automatically once the market's stall count is reached, so a full market tells a vendor it is full instead of taking their money.
Can I charge for entry?
Yes, or you can make entry free and still issue tickets. Either way a visitor holds a QR code on their phone and your gatekeeper scans it at the gate. A ticket that has already been scanned is refused, and so is one scanned outside the market's dates.
Does Noques stop me overselling entry tickets?
Not yet. A maximum capacity can be recorded against your market and it is shown, but nothing counts tickets against it — you would need to watch the number yourself. Stall capacity is different and is enforced: applications are refused once your stall count is full.
How are gatekeepers handled?
Someone applies to work your gate through the app, Noques approves them, and they can then scan tickets on their own phone. Paying them is between you and them — a compensation type and amount can be recorded against the market, but Noques does not pay it out.
What reporting do I get?
Honestly, very little at the moment. There is no organiser revenue report, no attendance count and no ticket list in the app, so Noques sends you what you need by arrangement. This is the next thing on the list for organisers and it is not built yet.
Can I change my market after it goes live?
Yes, through us. The name, description, stall fee and whether the market is active can be changed quickly. The schedule, the location, the entry fee and the gate settings need a Noques admin, so send those through and allow a working day.
