Ticket terms

An entry ticket is sold by the market’s organiser. Noques sells it on the organiser’s behalf and collects the payment for them. The organiser is responsible for the market itself: that it takes place, what is there, and that it is safe. These terms apply in addition to the terms of service.

• Your ticket is in the Noques app, with a code that is scanned at the gate. It carries your name, and the person scanning it will see that name.
• It is valid for the market and dates shown on it. The organiser may refuse entry to a ticket that has already been scanned, or that has been copied.
• Tickets are for your own use. Reselling a ticket for profit is not allowed.
• Cashback cannot be used for tickets and is not earned on them.

If the market is cancelled, or moved to a different date or place, you will be refunded the full ticket price. If it goes ahead on another date and you can attend, you may keep your ticket for the new date instead.

The 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply to tickets for an event on a set date. You may still cancel:

• More than 48 hours before the market opens: you are refunded in full.
• Within 48 hours of opening: the organiser may keep the ticket price, because it can no longer reasonably be sold to anybody else.
• Whatever the timing, there is no charge if the ticket holder has died or been admitted to hospital.

Follow the organiser’s instructions and the venue’s rules. The organiser may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk, and in that case no refund is due. What you buy from a vendor at the market is between you and that vendor.
